Collaborative Goals

We seek to foster scholarly conversation across music, theater and film; exchange research methods; and explore new directions in musicology. Our collaborative goals include:

  • Invite leading scholars to lead a mini-seminar or give a lecture involving participating institutions in the Corridor.
  • Host workshops by composers and musicians who specialize in cross-cultural dialogue.
  • Provide mentorship and career development for junior faculty through reading groups and manuscript workshops.
