CNY Experimental Media Consortium - Fall 2023 Meeting (Remote)

About This Event

CNY has an important history and ongoing engagement with experimental media arts (film/video/electronic media) programming and curation. Nearly all Corridor institutions host regular experimental media screenings and artist talks through various academic departments and public-facing units. This consortium will provide a structure for inter-institutional planning for faculty, programmers, and curators working in experimental media across the Corridor, as well as those working in allied organizations in the region. This consortium will meet once per semester, remotely in Fall and in-person in Spring to discuss developments in the field and form a strategic plan. This will be our first remote fall meeting.
