CNY Ancient Philosophy Workshop

About This Event

This one-day work-in-progress workshop will feature four sessions of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes each. Three sessions will be devoted to presentation and discussion of papers in progress by Rachana Kamtekar (Cornell), Christopher Noble (Syracuse), and Suzanne Obdrzalek (Claremont McKenna). One session will be devoted to workshopping a draft translation of Plato's Protagoras under contract with Hackett Press with the translators Christopher Moore (Penn State) and Christopher Raymond (Vassar College).
