Beyond the Basics of Museum and Archives Internships From Conversations to Sustainable Change
About This Event
Join the Central New York Humanities Corridor Working Group focused on Sustainable Change in Museums and Archives for the first in a series of discussions bringing together museum studies faculty, researchers, and practitioners from archives and museums who seek practical ways to disrupt museum and archival practices and to expand access to them. Our first event welcomes Sierra Van Ryck DeGroot from the Metropolitan Museum of Art for a keynote about internships. Following the address, attendees will participate in a structured discussion in a larger group before breaking into smaller groups for further discussion and ideation.
